👆👆So how are those terrorists doing it now, do they communicate by sending smoke signals?

If they communicate each other by using smoke signals, can they transmit the details in the messages? For example, can they say, “We kidnapped new women and children and we will bring them to you”? Or can they say, “The last drugs you sent is very high quality.”?

Or can they say, “Istanbul can’t ruin our trade with Israel. Do not despaire, we’ll get through this and start to make a lot of money again.”?
