Dead lake facts and destroyed underground cities
The Lake of Lot called the Dead Sea was not a deep hole in the time of the prophet Lut.
The people of Lot were wicked like many other peoples. Lot who is Hz. Abraham’s uncle’s son was sent as a prophet to his people.
Even though he brought them many signs in a row, only a handful of people believed Hz. Lot. The people of Hz. Lot have been given time, like the other peoples who are destroyed when the time was over.
Hz. Lot also was an instrumental in their destruction. The prophet Lot destroyed them with “sayha” (the blast).
He destroyed the underground cities that used them and directed them with “sayha”, simultaneously. The land in that region collapsed when the underground base of the aliens collapsed and it created the Lake of Lot called the Dead Sea.
It was a very sudden and violent collapse that it caused the fault line run through Anatolia. One of the lines run through Maraş.
The land under the lake covers 600 square kilometers. The lake is 420 square meters deeper than the sea level… The lake is 9 times saltier than the average salinity (saltiness) of the oceans. Because of this, swimming in the lake is not allowed.
Surah Al-Hijr – 73
So the “mighty” blast overtook them at sunrise.
فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الصَّيْحَةُ مُشْرِقِينَ
Surah Al-Hijr – 74
And We turned the cities “of Sodom and Gomorrah” upside down and rained upon them stones of baked clay.
فَجَعَلْنَا عَالِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن سِجِّيلٍ
Surah Al-Hijr – 75
Surely in this are signs for those who contemplate.
إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَاتٍ لِّلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ
Surah Al-Hijr – 76
The people of Lot called also the people of Sodom. Even Hz. Lot’s wife did not believe his prophethood. She took the side of the people of Sodom who has gone astray. She was also destroyed when the people were destroyed. Both above and under the ground were destroyed in there, simultaneously.
As in the time of many prophets, they said, “if you speak the truth, if you are the messenger as you say, bring down on us whatever torment with which you have been threatening us if what you say is true”.
One night, Hz. Lot and his followers left the land quietly. The torment fallen upon the people early in the morning. The water started to come out from the ground to the area right after the sudden collapse of the land. And the lake began to form.
The prophet Lot has brought them many miracles many times when the people said “bring us a sign, if you are the Messenger”.
When there is no cloud in the air, he made the rain come. He made grass to grow upon up dry mountains with no grass grew on it, in a short time and he grazed his sheep on there. Every rocks and stones he laid down on was becoming soft like a bed and everyone was seeing it. Despite the high technology and the organized situation, his people could not harm him which it is a miracle on its own. He was bringing news from the distant lands and everything he said were coming true.
Most of all, he had a radiant face like all the prophets. He was virtuous and very moral. He was very merciful. He was very clever. He had a lot of knowledge and wisdom. He was always doing good for others. He was wishing the goodness of all the people. He never lied. He have never betrayed the trust on him. He was asking no reward of anyone. Even only those should have brought the people back to their senses who lived in such a dark era. But, in the land of the blind, they accept those who can see as sick.
Surah Ash-Shu’ara – 161-164
When their brother Lot said to them, “Will you not fear “Allah”? I am truly a trustworthy messenger to you. So fear Allah, and obey me. I do not ask you for any reward for this “message”. My reward is only from the Lord of all worlds.
